| As evidenced by our slogan "Specializing in the Siberian Cat....One litter at a time" we literally only breed one litter at a time. Only on very very rare occasions (only once since 2003) will we ever have more than one litter available at any point in time. We do this so we can spend all our efforts making sure only the best kittens and cats come out of our program. Where many times you see other breeders with 3, 4, 5 or even more litters available at one time.....you will NEVER find that many cats at SoonerState. The next Siberian Cat site you see with "show quality kittens and cats available", ask the breeder if their cats are even titled or if they have been to a single cat show this year, the last two years, or ever. You'll probably stun them! Below you will find listings of every Siberian Cat I own. We currently own 2 Siberian Toms and 2 Dams with impressive show quality cats on the way! We're a small breeder of Siberian Cats located in Yukon, Oklahoma, America that's registered in TICA and CFA. We breed to extend the quality of our cat lines and to provide ourselves with show quality cats. Pedigrees of all our cats are posted and you may request certified copies of any cat you like. All of my cats are kept as a members of my family. Unfortunately, due to spraying, my Tom cats are unable to stay indoors all the time. SoonerState has a 275+ square foot indoor/outdoor climate controlled run that the Tom cats enjoy the sunshine in. All of the rest of my cats stay indoors with my family at all times and have free roam of our home. We do our best to get the absolute best available examples of the Siberian Cat from around the world and go to lengths to bring those cats here to SoonerState. We have imported our cats from Russia, Western Europe, as well as within the US. The cat lines we work with come from Siberia, Moscow, St.Petersburg, and Italy and include World Champion pedigrees. We sometimes prefer to select our cats for heavy influence from the old Abakan line from Russia as evidenced by Evelyn and Oscar. Our cat lines also include relations to Gloria de Glemur and 2000-2001 TICA Cat of the Year "Irdie" which helps to provide the correct frame portions and substinance. Other cat lines we breed are the Roman and Seliverst lines. Our latest addition to our program gives us a substantial head and boning with heavy influence from GIC Georgy Amurski, one of the best examples of the Siberian. |
